Our lines of communication are always open. You can reach one of our helpful Customer Service Representatives Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. and on Saturday from 8:00a.m. until 12:00 noon. We are available 24 hours a day whether it be via our internet website offering online order entry, our company voice mail, e-mail or one of our experienced Sale Associates. Customer orders are handled in a "hand's on" manner. Our Customer Service Representatives answer our phones and give you personal attention. As well, our Sale Associates are available to assist you with your foodservice needs. Our team of experienced employees assures that you are getting the freshest products available. The bottom line is: at Sutherland's, YOU are our TOP PRIORITY!

Our facilities at the State Farmers Market total over 196,000 square feet and we are independently inspected by AIB International annually to assure that all safety, sanitation, temperatures and procedures are maintained to the highest standards. We believe it is imperative to provide our customers with the highest degree of confidence that the products they are receiving from us have been properly handled at every stage of shipping, storage and delivery. Product integrity is always in the forefront of our day to day operations.
